From M5:

After Exeter take the A30 for Oakhampton and Bodmin. Follow A30 until sign: A391 St Austell (also to Eden Project). Keep on A391 until a T junction with A390.

Turn right for Truro. Go over two roundabouts still in the direction of Truro. At the third roundabout turn left onto B3273, Pentewan Rd, signed Mevagissey.

The road is flat and eventually (after the sign to Pentewan) you will climb a winding hill. At the top is a crossroad. Turn left. Proceed to a mini roundabout, keep to the left and Trevalsa is down the hill on the left.
