Trevalsa Court Hotel
You’ll always receive a warm welcome when arriving at our unique, independent, boutique hotel by the sea. There are bedrooms to suit a range of budgets and party sizes. Most have stunning sea views and can be requested on booking, some are stylishly simple, others romantically glamorous.
From cosy meals to special occasions, our sea view restaurant, The Nutty Duck, is sure to impress. The abundance of excellent local produce, all sustainable and traceable, is the foundation for Chef Nigel’s menus, filled with intriguingly interesting but ultimately, simply cooked dishes.
Ideally located in Mevagissey on Cornwall’s south coast, this country house hotel gives you easy access to many fine beaches and the Duchy’s best visitor attractions. You can choose to sit back and enjoy the surroundings, or use the hotel as a base for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer.

My husband and I stayed at the Trevalsa Court Hotel for two nights in March 2018. As we drove away we vowed to return. This we have just done. Again, a two night visit. Again, perfection from check in to check out. Amazing food without exception. Everything is of quality from start to finish. Trevalsa Court is definitely a gem not to be missed. There is a synergy of luxury and homeliness that sits side by side comfortably. I can’t wait to book my next reservation.Jeanette
We stayed here for just one night on the special offer through Secret Escapes. We arrived well before check in time but were able to park up. We headed into Mevagissey and then followed the coastal path that runs along the bottom of the garden.
We were welcomed with a cream tea and the shown to our room which had a lovely sea view and great wet room.
Breakfast was exceptional and the service was very friendly throughout. We hope to visit again in the future.
Our sixth stay booked for two nights with dinner, bed and breakfast and already booked again for the same time next year. As usual Gavin and the team really looked after us nothing was too much trouble. Stayed in our favourite room again with spectacular sea view. Food as usual out of this world, as I am vegetarian I had my own menu each evening. Thoughtful little additions like bath robes and White Company toiletries make it extra special place to visit.Jill C
